My recent business stay in Tbilisi was fantastic. the hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, a bus stop, and even a great bazar with lots of shopping options. the stadium was also nearby. the spacious room was decorated with comfortable furniture. the hygiene and facilities were impressive, particularly the well-maintained bathroom. Warm and welcoming staff provided excellent service and the breakfast choices were satisfactory. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing and I had trouble connecting to the internet.

Exceptional stay at a 4-star hotel. We were impressed with the friendly staff who were fluent in English. The room was comfortable and they even changed it upon our request. The location was great, near the market and other conveniences. We were granted an early check-in free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel even had a bank on the ground floor and was conveniently located near a police station and McDonald's. The bathroom had a bidet spray, and there was an elevator for easy access. I highly recommend this hotel.
